360-862-1100The Offset Corner began in 1997 as a part time business out of my home and has grown to a full service custom frame shop and art gallery.
We offer outstanding customer service and top quality work at competitive prices. We take special care of all art work that comes in to be framed, whether it is a child’s finger painting or a signed Dali. We give each of our customers all the personal attention needed to design the perfect look for their art. You are never rushed and estimates are always free.
October was National Picture Framing Month. To help promote this and to give back to our community, during the first two weeks of October for the past 4 years we have held "Framing for Food".
This event gives our clients an opportunity to pay for half of their custom order in food items, which are donated to the Snohomish food bank. We credit $1.00 for each food item.
An average custom framing order can run from $150 to $350 or more for larger projects. This means we will be getting 75 to 175 food items from each client. We encourage clients to find items for LESS than $1.00 a can, so they save money and can help the food bank at the same time. For bulk items, like a case of 24 boxes of mac and cheese, we credit $24.00. Our generosity with the credit encourages our clients to be generous.
Many bring in more food items than needed. Each year we are amazed that our small store can gather as much food as we do. A few dozen people can make a big difference. What if every store was able to do this once a year, each of us taking a different month? The shelves at the food bank might not ever run low! In 2003 we raised over 1,000 food items. 2004 was 2,222 food items. 2005 and 2006 were both around 2,000 items. Please look for our ad in September and bring in your framing project in October and help us break the 2,500 mark!
